How We Work Our goal is to fulfill the needs of our clients expeditiously and professionally. To do so, we will always: Respond immediately Review the position specifications with the client Provide clients with regular updates on the progress of our search Maintain an extensive network in the business and finance markets we serve, which enables us to provide a wide array of professionals who would not ordinarily be known to our clients Personally interview selected professionals in depth before submitting their credentials to the client Follow-through interview process with each candidate Follow-up periodically with clients and candidates Candidates We work closely with each candidate to determine the strengths and weaknesses of their skill set and the type of position and corporate climate they are best suited for, in order to insure their future success. We prepare candidates for each interview and coach them through each step of the interview process. We make sure that candidates are properly prepared for an interview, that their interviewing skills are polished and that they are fully prepared to discuss the company and the position for which they are applying.
