VP Senior Institutional Web Strategist (Client Communications) - Premier Global Asset Management firm that is marketing driven and has its roots in research. Position will report to Managing Director. Head of Online Strategy (within Client Communications). The audience for these websites are institutional businesses including clients, prospects and institutional investment consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Quality and integrity of the institutional content of the website and related media, internal and external.
- Editing, reviewing and preparing new materials for posting/distribution.
- Directing the work of others who contribute content to the site, email, webcasts, etc.
- Overseeing development of enhancements to the site and the firm's investment professionals to create new online content and further develop the firm's online capabilities and presence.
- Works closely with the Web and Interactive production teams in the broader online group and the Business Analysts team; and other operational and legal resources.
Qualifications:
- Strong online strategy and project management skills along with solid editorial background.

Editorial
SVP, Editorial Director - This position will be responsible for developing content and services to the firm's financial clients. The responsibilities will include management of the editorial staff, providing leadership to the editorial team. Work closely with the creative strategist and the creative director. This position will be responsible for the creative deliverables.
The Editorial Director will be expected to stay current with editorial trends/networks and to continually seek new resources. Share current financial trends in the financial services industry with staff and participate in recruiting efforts and by reviewing portfolios, interviewing candidates and preparing responses to inquiries.
This position will also participate in new business meetings as needed and support new business efforts by participating in development of proposals, as needed.
Candidates for this position are required to have previous agency experience.

The Product Communications Team is responsible for the creation, support and strategic direction of product of product communication materials distributed by US Distribution. Marketing materials are designed to support financial advisors, the internal sales organization, as well as prospective and current investors.

Advertising Compliance Analyst - Prestigious asset management firm seeks an Advertising Compliance Analyst. This position will work directly for the Legal/Advertising Compliance Department.
The analyst will be responsible for review of Institutional and Retail mutual fund advertising, marketing and sales literature to assure they comply with both external regulatory rules (FINRA and SEC) and internal firm guidelines. As well as:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Sales and Marketing teams
- Respond to questions or issues concerning advertising and marketing materials
- Develop, apply and maintain regulatory disclosure provisions where needed in applicable advertising and sales literature
- Obtain final advertising and sales materials from the marketing department and maintain complete files for regulatory record keeping requirements
Qualifications: Minimum 2-3 years as a paralegal at a law firm, broker/dealer, insurance or Mutual Fund Company. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
